It is ideally located to enjoy the 7Stanes Mountain Bike Centres at Innerleithen and Glentress, for trout and salmon fishing in the River Tweed, for golfing enthusiasts and walkers or wildlife lovers. The lovely town of Peebles is just up the road and Edinburgh is only 26 miles away, with a bus service running every 30 minutes, so you are equally well placed for a spot of culture or some fantastic shopping.


The property is newly refurbished to a very high standard and manages to retain many original features, whilst providing all mod cons (Bose® iPod docking station, flat screen TV, DVD). It comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 guests.


Just 100 yards from a choice of pubs and shops and only 500 yards from the 7Stanes Bike Tracks and the River Tweed, the house offers a great base to explore the Scottish Borders.
